Frequently Asked Questions

Currently we take all major credit cards using our payment system 'Stripe'.  However in the future we will be enabling PayPal and we do have the ability to accept BACs but you will need to let us know this is what you want to do.

Our standard shipping rate is £3.99 inc VAT under £25 and free thereafter.  However should you need an expedited delivery service then you can choose the 24Hr Next Working Day service that is offered at the checkout and this will be placed on a Next Day DPD delivery with a timed 1hr slot.

As we stock all our access panels in our warehouse in Devon, your order will be despatched in the first 24 hours that we receive your order and should be with you in a maximum of 3 working days from the time you place the order.

Simply put, if you aren't happy with your order then please let us know within 14 days and we will happily take your order back at no extra charge, all we ask is that you pay for the return postage to us and let us know to expect it.
